That would be a start!
Surely the public knows that the reason the Community Plans are not working is because our elected officials are using their office for their own personal gains. Being elected to any office is like receiving a license to steal. I am sure that often ordinary citizens that run for office go into their position with the best of intentions. I really do believe that. The problem is resisting the opportunity for financial gain when it hits you in the face every day. The other problem is that if the politician does resist, they are usually threatened or removed. It is really too bad the the word Politician has become such an ugly word. The words government and democracy are also related to the word Politician. It is time to clean up our house!
