Well here we go again. June 26th, 2009 a meeting is held at the Planning Committee to "listen to testimony". That is what they do they listen and then inform us that the rules and regulation are as is. After attending that meeting this morning it was painfully clear to me how the government is taking control of everything.

Most testifiers were so into bargaining for a parking space or to not have to supply a spread sheet exposing there financial information that they failed to see the big picture. The Permit Process is a bad joke. It is illegal. However, we are letting them get away with this process which needs to be replaced. They need to be replaced. The people need to take back their government.

I left the meeting feeling very frustrated as usual because I did not see enough anger in the business owners to even hope they would fight these atrocities and miscarriages of justice. When will the people get mad enough to take action?

The TVR s, The Wedding Industry and now the Ocean Activities. Pretty soon the Hotels will have their way. That is what they think! Pretty soon the Hotels will be filing for Bankruptcy because nobody will want to come to Maui because there is nothing to do. Nothing legal that is.

Maybe everyone will just go undercover. Look at the bright side. If we do all cash business we will not have to worry about paying taxes. That will put a hurting on the Government. What are they going to do throw us all in jail?

Can you believe that the rules for the Ocean Activities includes a threat of imprisonment???
